What would happen if extreme pro-lifers somehow obtained medical files from an abortion clinic?

I’m talking about EXTREME pro-"lifers."

I am sure they would try and use that knowledge to make a point, harassing those who had elected to have an abortion. This is, of course, illegal. People have been punished before for stealing medical records, but never very significantly. I have included links to such examples.
